Sculptra™ Treatment In Toronto and Mississauga

Sculptra™ is a long-lasting injectable implant suspended in a sterile solution that contains micro particles of Poly-L-Lactic acid, a biocompatable synthetic polymer from the alpha-hydroxy acid family. It's made with the same material as in absorbable sutures.
Sculptra™ results in a natural appearance that will help you to look great for your age, without looking overfilled or unfamiliar. It's used to gradually improve the appearance of skin laxity and volume loss in the skin due to the activation of fibroblasts and collagen in the layers of the skin.
The treatment typically lasts three years. In between treatments and during the life of your Sculptra™, you can still receive other aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulator for wrinkle reduction, dermal filler for lip or undereye treatment, or skin treatments such such as microchanneling or chemical peels.

It takes approximately 6-12 weeks and up to three months to realize an improvement, with full results seen after 4-6 months. The recommended treatment protocol for optimal and lasting results is three treatments, each one month apart.
Generally one vial is recommended for every decade of life divided amongst the three treatment sessions.
